As an introductory service for new clients CPIS offers a low cost assessment to identify the strengths and opportunities for improvement in the organisation’s fundamental processes and product development methods. Following, as far as possible, the SCAMPI C ® appraisal method, this assessment will give sufficient insight to plan any necessary future process improvement activities, i.e. a starting point. The assessment, the scope of which will be agreed with the client in advance, typically takes two to three days.
