  • To allow candidates to explore areas of their choice in more detail to understand how they might be applicable in their own businesses.

CMMI Overview Seminar Format:

A one-day seminar comprising seven modules, one of which is a customisable* workshop module. The seminar material comprises all overheads and associated notes.

*The workshop module, which takes up to a third of the day, is an interactive session covering in more detail areas of the model of particular interest to the audience, and can be aimed at particular role holders (e.g. executives, project managers, process improvement specialists, engineers), specific organisational issues, or can be a more wide ranging, participant driven discussion.

Who should attend the CMMI Overview Workshop?

  • Primarily managers responsible for establishing and driving process improvement programmes. However the seminar can be customized for various audiences if required.
  • Anybody who wishes to gain a high-level understanding of CMMI

There are no pre-requisites and no preparatory work is necessary.
