SEI Authorised CMMI^® Services

CMMI^® training

To help CPIS clients decide whether to use CMMI^® we provide easy to understand CMMI^® overviews and workshops, typically intended for Executives and decision makers, but which can be tailored for other role holders as part of a wider awareness or decision making process.

CPIS has an excellent track record and approval rating for our SEI Authorised Introduction to CMMI^® training for clients who need more in depth knowledge, and we have found tailored, focussed workshops to be very effective in de-mystifying the model for practical use.

CMMI^® appraisals

Specifically for CMMI^® clients, Process Health Diagnosis and Treatment can be supported by CMMI^® appraisals.

We provide all the guidance and support needed to prepare for and carry out SCAMPI Class A and/or Class B appraisals, including provision of a fully independent Authorised SCAMPI Lead Appraiser.

We frequently run cost-effective “mini-appraisals” for diagnostic or health-check purposes, following the SCAMPI C method as far as possible, typically lasting 2-3 days and giving an indicative view of possible process gaps or deficiencies.
