Our approach is to guide you to your own solutions by asking the necessary questions, using the CMMI® model as a source of advice on “best practices” that you are likely to implement to achieve your goals, but allowing you to provide the answers. Your own solutions are much more likely to be appropriate and to “stick” than any we might provide - we expect to be involved only when you need us.
